Chip & Jennifer Cornell instantly fell in love with the farm the moment they discovered it. The 56 acre property had been abandoned for 8 years, having only remnants of what was once a thriving equestrian estate, needed a compete makeover. Chip, owner of several tree farms, knew exactly what it would take to get the property back to its pristine beauty. Jennifer, having a passion for design & horses, immediately accepted the challenge of renovating the 5000 sf equestrian barn. The two of them had renovated several homes and loved the idea of renovating a farm! Their vision has always been to create a sustainable farm & a place where they can spend time with their 3 children, family, and friends.
